Ores

Most ores in Age of Time are obtained by breaking Large Rocks. These raw drops are then refined into metals at the Blacksmith.

Confirmed exceptions:

• Autunite comes from meteor showers, not rocks.
• Corprolite drops from Orcs and Knights, not rocks.

Common ore drops

There does not appear to be any named-area correlation for the normal rock ores. Breaking a Large Rock seems to give each common rock ore an approximately equal chance, with Autunite and Corprolite excluded because they come from different sources entirely.
